Orders placed on the Mady website are strictly reserved for individuals.

1. How to order?

Make sure you are using a recommended browser that accepts the necessary cookies for the proper functioning of the site.

To order your products on our website www.madyetmoi.co:

• Browse our online catalogs to create your own cosmetic product according to your preferences!
• Read our technical specifications and recommendations (skin type, desired effects, etc.)
• Choose from our successive catalogs:

1. a base
2. one or more active ingredients among the available options
3. a fragrance
4. packaging (customized or standard)

• Add the product composed by you, based on our online advice, to your cart. You can access the contents of your cart at any time before confirming the order to make any changes you want (such as deleting the selected product or modifying the quantity of the selected product).
• Then, from your cart, click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" to validate your product selection.

If you are a new customer, proceed with your registration on the site through the "CREATE MY ACCOUNT" section and provide your email address.

If you are already a customer of our online site, log in using your email address and personal password.

• Enter your delivery and billing information.
• You can choose your payment method.

Confirmation of your online order

After verifying and, if necessary, correcting your order (pay attention to typos for personalized packaging), you can confirm it by following these 2 steps:

1. On the page summarizing the list of selected product(s), the "VALIDATE AND PAY" button allows you to validate your cart and, therefore, your product selection.

2. Proceed to pay online according to the chosen payment method.

Once the payment is validated, you can then print your order confirmation if you wish.

In return, we will send you an order confirmation by email, which will include the number of your order and the total amount paid. This document will provide a link to download these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) and a standard withdrawal form that you can use to exercise this right if the conditions allow it. Mady® creams are cosmetic products that are subject to the right of withdrawal only in very limited conditions specified in Article 7 of these CGV.

Mady reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order or for any other reason related to the abnormal nature of the order, at Mady
